    Easy Strawberry Sherbet

    List of Ingredients




    5 cups strawberries -- cleaned and mashed
    2 cups buttermilk
    2 cups sugar

    Recipe



    Add sugar to mashed strawberries and mix well. Add buttermilk. Pour into shallow pans and freeze until firm. Break in chunks and beat with blender or mixer until smooth. Refreeze.
