    Fruity Slaw

    List of Ingredients




    2 cups shredded cabbage, Chinese or savoy cabbage
    1 cup cubed honeydew melon or cantalope
    1 (8 1/4 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
    1 cup halved strawbeeries
    1/4 teaspoon poppy seed (optional)
    1/3 cup pineapple, lemon, or vanilla yogurt

    Recipe



    In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients except yogurt. Cover and chill up to3 hours. Just before serving, add pineapple, lemon, or vanilla yogurt. Toss gently till the cabbage and fruit are coated. Transfer slaw to a salad bowl, if desired. Makes 4 side-dish servings.
