    Orange Tapioca Salad

    List of Ingredients




    3 cups water
    1 (3 oz) pkg orange jello
    1 (3 oz) pkg instant vanilla pudding
    1 (3 oz) pkg tapioca pudding
    1 (15 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip

    Recipe



    In a saucepan bring water to a boil. Whisk in jello & pudding mixes. Return to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and cool completely. Fold in fruit and cool whip. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours in the serving bowl.

    This is really good, very refreshing! I often get impatient waiting for the mixture to cool after removing it from the heat, so I will cool it off in a water bath. Making sure that the pan only sits in a couple of inches of cold water/ice cubes so it doesn't tip over.
