Peach Crumble

Serves: 6 to 8
6 peaches, pitted and thinly sliced
3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
1 cup coarsely crushed cinnamon graham crackers
3 tablespoons butter, softenedRecipe
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Coat an 8-inch square baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Combine the peaches and brown sugar in the baking dish.
In a small bowl, combine the crushed crackers and butter. Sprinkle over the peaches and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the peaches are hot and bubbly. Serve warm.
