Pink Lemonade Dessert
List of Ingredients
40 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter or margarine
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1-12 ounce carton Cool Whip
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1-6 ounce can frozen pink lemonadeRecipe
Melt butter stir in crackers and powdered sugar. Pat in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Save 1/3 cup of crackers for topping.
Mix together, cool whip, condensed milk, and frozen lemonade. Pour over cracker crust. Sprinkle reserved crumbs over top. Refrigerate overnight.
