Sinful Salad
List of Ingredients
1- 6 ounce strawberry jello
1 cup boiling water
3 medium bananas, mashed (about 1 cup)
1 cup pecans, chopped
2-10 ounce package frozen strawberries, thawed and drained
1 medium can crushed pinepple, drained
1 pint (2 cups) sour creamRecipe
In medium bowl, mix jello and water. Stir with rubber spatula till jello is completely dissolved. Cool. Add bananas, pecans, strawberries and pineapple juice; stir. Divide in half. Pour half of the jello mixture into an 8x8 inch pan. Refrigerate till set, about 1 hour. Keep the other half at room temperature. Spread sour cream over the set jello. Add the room temperature jello to the top of the sour cream. Cover and refrigerate till set, about 1 1/2 hours. Serves 12.
