Watergate Salad
List of Ingredients
8 ounces thawed cool whip
1 box (4 serving) pistachio instant pudding
1 can crushed pineapple (14 oz)
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup walnutsRecipe
Don't prepare the pudding, just pour the box into the cool whip tub, gently fold until incorporated. Drain the pineapple, fold in with the cool whip, along with coconut and walnuts.
Put in decorative bowl and let set overnight.
