BABY TEETHING BISCUITS

These cookies are almost crumb free!
2 eggs
1 cup white or brown sugar
2 to 2 1/2 cup white or whole wheat flourRecipe
Break the eggs into a bowl and stir until creamy. Add sugar and continue to stir. Gradually add enough flour to make a stiff dough. Roll out between two sheets of lightly floured wax paper to about 3/4 inch thickness. Cut into assorted shapes with a cookie cutter. Place on a lightly greased cookie sheet and let stand overnight (10 to 12 hours).
Bake at 325 degrees until brown and hard.
Note: Remember to make these little enough for a baby's mouth and a good shape to fit nicely into their hands.
