    Surprise! It's A Cake (popcorn cake)

    List of Ingredients




    2 tablespoon melted butter
    2/3 cup corn syrup
    2 cups sugar
    2/3 cup boiling water
    8 cups popped popcorn
    2 teaspoons cream of tarter
    2 tablespoons vinegar
    2 teaspoons vanilla
    1/8 teaspoon baking soda
    1 cup milk chocolate chips (optional)

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients except the chocolate chips. Pack in a PAM sprayed tube pan. Remove. Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler then drizzle with a spoon over the top of the "cake". Slice and eat.
