    1 tablespoon of cold cream
    2 tablespoons cornstarch
    1 tablespoon of water
    Food coloring

    Recipe



    Mix cold cream and cornstarch together in a bowl. Stir in water, mixing until its smooth. Divide into 3 or 4 small bowls add food coloring.Apply using paint brush or cotton swabs. Washes off with soap and water.
