    1/2 cup heavy cream
    3 tablespoon lemon juice or vinegar
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon paprika
    2 tablespoons grated horseradish
    3 tablespoons mayonnaise

    Recipe



    Beat heavy cream until stiff. Add the rest of the ingredients slowly and beat constantly while adding. Keep refrigerated just as you would mayonnaise.
