    Lemon Chiffon Sauce for Fresh Fruit

    List of Ingredients




    16 oz sour cream
    1/2 cup milk
    1/3 cup powdered sugar
    1/4 cup frozen lemonade concentrate

    Recipe



    Mix well and add 2-3 drops of food coloring to approximately 1/4 of the mixture and pour it into a squeeze bottle. Cover individual serving plates with uncolored sauce and place fruit (or kabob) on top. Use colored sauce to create a desing on each serving. garnish w/ a mint leaf or a few berries.
