Marshmallow Fluff
List of Ingredients
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup hot water
pinch of salt
2 tablespoons plain gelatin, soaked in 3/4 cup cold water
1 teaspoon vanillaRecipe
Cook sugar, salt and hot water to soft ball stage (234-240 degrees). Add soaked gelatin. Pour into large bowl. Beat till mixture holds its shape. (Beat till desired consistancy if you want to use this as a spread.) Add vanilla. Pour into pan dusted with powdered sugar.
