Easy Noodles Romanoff
List of Ingredients
4 ounces (2 1/2 cups) uncooked wide egg noodles
1 cup creamed cottage cheese
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons chopped green onion
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
Topping:
1/4 cup bread crumbs
2 tablespoons margarine or butter, melted
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauceRecipe
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cook noodles to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; rinse with hot water. In prepared casserole, combine first 5 ingredients. In small bowl, combine all topping ingredients; mix well. Spoon over noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes or till thoroughly heated and crumbs are golden brown. Serves 6.
