    Garden Lite Spaghetti

    List of Ingredients




    1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and well drained
    1/2 pound carrots or zucchini, sliced, cooked, and drained
    1 (4-ounce) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    3 tablespoons low calorie margarine
    3 tablespoons flour
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon thyme or oregano leaves
    2 cups skim milk
    6 slices lite American Cheese, cut into small pieces
    1 (7 ounce) package spaghetti

    Recipe



    Prepare spaghetti according to package directions. Drain. In large saucepan, cook onion and garlic in margarine till tender. Stir in cheese. Cook and stir till melted. Add broccoli, carrots and mushrooms, heat through. Serve sauce over hot spaghetti. Serves 6.

    Approximately 260 calories per serving.
