Noodles Romanoff
List of Ingredients
8 ounces wide egg noodles
2 cup dairy sour cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon snipped chives
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 large clove garlic, crushed
2 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Recipe
Cook noodles according to package directions. While noodles are cooking, stir together the sour cream, the first Parmesan cheese, chives, salt, pepper and garlic. Drain noodles and return to kettle. Stir in butter. Fold in the sour cream mixture. Arrange on warm platter and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese. 6 to 8 servings
