Microwave Macedamia Cream Pie
List of Ingredients
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
1/2 cup milk
1 cup powdered sugar
1 (8-ounce) carton cool whip, thawed
1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts
1 (9-inch) graham cracker crustRecipe
Unwrap cream cheese and put it into a 2-quart casserole. Microwave on 50-percent power for 1-1/2 minutes. Blend in peanut butter; then add milk. Stir in sugar, mix till all is thoroughly combined. Fold Cool Whip and 1/4 cup nuts into peanut butter mixture. Fill crust with this mixture and sprinkle top of pie with remaining 1/4 cup nuts. Freeeze till firm. Remove from freezer10-15 minutes before slicing. Makes 8 servings.
