    Philly Pecan Pie

    List of Ingredients




    Pie Crust:

    1-3 ounce cream cheese, softened
    3 tablespoons margarine
    1/3 cup flour

    Filling:

    2 eggs
    2/3 cup packed brown sugar
    1/4 cup corn syrup
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    3/4 cup chopped pecans
    Pecan halves

    Recipe



    Combine cream cheese, and margarine, mixing till well blended. Add flour; mix well. Form into ball; chill thoroughly. On lightly floured surface, roll out dough to 10 inch circle. Place in 7 inch pie plate. Trim and flute edge.

    Combine eggs, brown sugar, corn syrup and vanilla; stir in nuts. Pour filling into shell. Cover edge of pie crust with foil. Bake at 350 degrees, for 45 minutes. Cool thoroughly before serving. Garnish with pecan halves. Serves 4.
