    Pineapple Pie Filling

    3/4 cups sugar
    1/4 cup cornstarch
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
    4 cup drained, diced, fresh ineapple
    1 Tablespoon margarine

    Recipe



    Mix, place in crust and bake in 425 degree oven 15 minutes, reduce to 350 degrees and bake 40 minutes longer.
