Pumpkin Cream Pie
List of Ingredients
2 cups cold milk
2 packages instant vanilla pudding
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 cup thawed whipped topping
1 baked 9 inch pie shell, cooled
8 pecan halves(optional)Recipe
Combine milk, pudding, pie spice and whipped topping in deep narrow bowl. Beat at lowest speed for 1 minute. Pour into pieshell. Chill till set, at least 3 hours. Garnish with additional topping and pecans if desired. serves 8.
