Simply Irresistible Pie
List of Ingredients
2 (4 serving size) Boxes Instant Chocolate Pudding
6 Cups of % Milk
2 (8oz) packages of cream cheese room temperature
2 cups powdered sugar
2 (16oz.) containers of Cool-Whip, thawed
1 box graham cracker crumbs
6 Tablespoons sugar
1 cup of butter melted Recipe
Pour the milk into a big bowl. Add the pudding and mix with an electric mixer until pudding is thick. Set in refrigerator til ready to use. Mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a 9x13x2 inch pan. Stir with a spoon or mix with hands to form a crust. Next beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar with an electric mixer til smooth. Stir in 2 cups of Cool-Whip. Spread the cream cheese mixture on top of the graham cracker crust and put back in the frige until cream cheese mixture is set. When cream cheese mixture is set pour the pudding over mixture.
Top with Cool-Whip and garnish with chopped nuts if desired. Refrigerate til ready to serve. Makes 18 Servings
