    1 pound ground pork
    1/2 pound fresh pork fat, ground
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
    3/4 teaspoon fennel
    1 teaspoon dried basil, crumbled

    Recipe



    Mix all the ingredients . Use in recipes requiring sausage meat, or form into patties and freeze individually or form into links.
