Cheddar Potato Strips
List of Ingredients
3 large potatoes, cut into 1/2 inch strips
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoons butter or margarine
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsleyRecipe
In a greased 13x9 inch baking pan, arrange potatoes in a single layer. Pour milk over potatoes. Dot with butter; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover and bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes or till the potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley. Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes longer or till cheese is melted.
Yield: 4 servings.
