CHICKEN BOG IN ELECTRIC SKILLET
List of Ingredients
1/4 cup butter
2 cup chicken
1 cup uncooked rice
2 3/4 cup water
3 chicken bouillon cubes
1 small onion, chopped orminced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepperRecipe
Melt butter and saute onions 5 minutes. Add broth (water and bouillon cubes) and heat until bubbly. Stir in rice; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in
remaining ingredients; cover and cook on low at least 10 to 15 minutes.
