Cashew Chicken Crescent Pockets
List of Ingredients
2- 6 1/2 ounce cans white meat chicken, drained
1/2 cup sour cream
1 (4.5 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms,
sliced, drained, chopped
1/4 cup chopped cashews
1/4 cup chopped chives
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 (8 oz.) cans RefrigeratedCrescent Dinner Rolls
4 slices American cheese, cut in half Recipe
Heat oven to 350 degrees. In medium bowl, combine chicken, sour cream, mushrooms, cashews, chives and pepper; mix well. Separate dough into 8 rectangles. Firmly press perforations to seal. Place cheese slice half in center of each rectangle. Spoon chicken mixture evenly over cheese. Fold short ends of dough over filling; pinch edges to seal.
Place dough pockets on ungreased large cookie sheet or 2 small cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm or cool. 8 sandwiches.
