Stromboli

Preparation time: 30 minutes
Frozen bread dough
1/4 pound capicola (hot ham, but sweet)
1/4 pound provolone
1/4 pound slicing pepperoni
8 ounces mozzarella cheese
1 eggRecipe
Roll out bread dough with flour until about 13 inches long; Layer the capicola, provolone and pepperoni; Shred 8 ounces of mozzarella cheese and put on top; Roll it up like a jelly roll, tucking the ends in. Beak one egg and brush it all over; Bake at 325 degrees for about 30 minutes or until brown.
