CRAB CAKES
List of Ingredients
1 medium onion, diced
1 medium green pepeer, diced
2 Tablespoon oil
2 medium potatoes
1 pound. white lumb crabmeat
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 egg, beaten
Corn flake crumbsRecipe
Saute onion and pepper in oil until tender. Boil potatoes with salt until done. Mash potatoes well. Combine onion and green pepper with crabmeat and potatoes. Season. Form into cakes about the size of hamburgers. Dip in beaten egg; roll in crumbs. Fry in oil until golden brown.
Serves 4.
