Crab Casserole
List of Ingredients
1/2 lb lasagne noodles
1 teaspoon oil
2 (10-oz) cans cream of mushroom soup
16 ounces crab meat
1 pint cottage cheese, drained almost dry
1 (8-oz) cream cheese, cubed
1 large onion, chopped
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon paprika
1 cup grated cheddar cheeseRecipe
Cook noodles; rinse and drain. Combine soup, crab, cottage cheese, cream cheese, onion, salt, egg and basil. In a 9x13 pan, layer 1/2 noodles with 1/2 the crab mixture; repeat. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
