Soup-er Simple Crab Bisque
List of Ingredients
1- 10 ounce can condensed cream of tomato soup
1- 10 ounce can condensed cream of celery soup
1- 10 ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1- 10 ounce can condensed green pea soup
5 cups milk
1 (7 1/2 ounce) can crabmeat, reserve juice and pick crab clean
1 teaspoon salt
paprika
1/4 cup chopped parsleyRecipe
Combine soups and blend. Gradually add milk. Add crab and reserved juice and salt. Heat slowly, stirring constantly, till just hot enough to serve. (This must be stirred while heating; it scorches easily.)
Serve sprinkled with paprika and parsley. Makes about 11 cups.
