    Chi Tan T'ang (Egg Drop Soup)

    List of Ingredients




    The best egg drop soup I've ever had!!! Reheats well in microwave.

    2 tablespoons cornstarch
    6 cups chicken bouillon (made with 8 cubes)
    2 tablespoons soy sauce
    3 tablespoons vinegar
    1 scallion, minced
    3 eggs, beaten

    Recipe



    In large saucepan mix cornstarch with small amount of cold bouillon. Add remaining bouillon and other ingredients except eggs. Bring to a boil, then simmer, stirring occasionally. Gradually pour the beaten eggs into the saucepan while stirring. Serve at once.

    Makes 1-1/2 quarts
