Broccoli* Casserole
List of Ingredients
1 bunch, (4 cups) cooked fresh broccoli spears, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 1/3 cups sliced celery
1 jar (2 ounces) sliced pimentoes
1 can (10 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon black pepper
3/4 cup grated Cheddar cheese

In a large bowl, combine broccoli, celery and pimentos, mixing well. In seperate bowl, combine soup, sour cream, salt and pepper to taste. Mix with broccoli mixture till well blended. Turn into 1 1/2- quart greased casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes till heated through and cheese bubbles.
* You can substitute cooked aspargus for the broccoli. You can also prepare this the night before. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking
