Broccoli Viennese
List of Ingredients
1 1/2 cups fresh broccoli
2 cups salted water
Sauce:
1 cup sour cream
3 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon horseradishRecipe
Wash and trim broccoli. Split stalks if large. Steam in large saucepan with salted boiling water 15-20 minutes or till tender. Meanwhile, blend all sauce ingredients in a bowl till well mixed. When broccoli is done, drain well and place on serving platter. Pour prepared sauce over broccoli. Serve at once. Serves 4.
