We served this at our sons wedding yesterday. It was a huge hit. For the crowd we times'd it by 4.


List of Ingredients






1 1/2 quarts apple cider
2 cups cranberry juice
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. cloves
3 sticks cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. mace
2 large oranges, sliced


Recipe



Pour all ingredients EXCEPT oranges into a large crockpot. Cover and cook on high 1 hour. Stir as necessary. Turn down heat and cook on medium for 4 hours. During last hour add sliced oranges.
