    1 cup sour cream
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    2 pkgs. active dry yeast
    1/2 cup warm water
    2 eggs, beaten
    4 cups flour

    Filling:
    2 pkgs. cream cheese
    3/4 cup sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/8 tsp. salt

    Glaze:
    2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
    1/4 cup milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    Toasted sliced almonds

    Recipe



    In large saucepan, combine sugar, sour cream, butter, and salt. Cook over med. heat for 10 to 15 minutes until well blended. Cool to room temp. In a mixing bowl dissolve yeast in water. Add sour cream mixture and eggs. Stir in flour. Dough will be VERY soft. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

    Combine filling ingredients in bowl until well blended. Turn dough onto lightly floured surface. Knead 5-6 times. Divide into 4 equal parts. Roll each portion into a rectangle of 12"x8". Spread 1/4 of the filling onto each part coming within an inch of the border. Roll up jelly roll style from the long side. Pinch seams together. Place seam side down on lightly greased baking sheet. cut 6 X's on top of each roll. Cover and let rise until double.
    bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool on wire racks.

    Combine glaze ingredients. Drizzle over loaves. Store in refrigerator.
