Rhubarb Cake

2/3 Cup margarine
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup sour cream
2 cups finely chopped rhubarb
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
2 cups flour
1/2 cup nuts (optional)
Topping:
Combine:
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Recipe
Mix together the soda with the sour cream. Combine with other ingredients. Spread into a 9 X 13 pan. (She didn't say if the magarine should be melted or if the pan should be greased, but I think I will do both.)
Sprinkle topping over batter and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
