List of Ingredients
- 1-2 lbs cooked taco meat
- 1 Can Rotel tomatoes with green chilis
- 1 can Mexi-corn
- 1 C sour cream
- 1 C shredded cheese
- 2 boxes Jiffy cornbread (mixed together per instructions)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together except the cornbread. Place in a 9X13 pan. Top with the cornbread mixture.
- Bake at 400 degrees until golden brown 25-30 min.
- **Black beans, rinsed, can be added with less taco meat for a change.
