These are soooo good! I get people always raving about these and wanting me to make them up cookie trays for Christmas! ENJOY! I know it's late to post this recipe, I just hope that someone has the chance to bake these before Christmas.
List of Ingredients
1 1/2 cups softened butter (no substitutions)
1 cup icing sugar (powdered sugar)
1/2 tsp. vanilla (pure please!)
3 cups flour
1/4 cups rice flour
Recipe
Cream butter and sugar, add vanilla. Combine flours, add gradually to butter/sugar mixture, mixing well. Work with hands at end if needed. Roll out onto lightly floured surface, 1/8 - 1/4" thick. Cut with floured cookie cutters. Bake on ungreased cookie sheets in 300 oven, 18-20 mins.
