    White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies

    1/2 cup butter or margarine
    1/2 cup shortening
    3/4 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 egg
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 cups flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 7 oz. jar macadamia nuts, chopped
    1 6 oz. pkg. white chocolate chips

    Recipe



    Mix it all up and bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
