- 1 lb. chicken breasts cut up
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 can (10 1/2 oz.) Cream of Chicken soup
- 2-1/4 cups water
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 2 cups frozen vegi combo (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
- 2 cups uncooked corkscrew pasta
- Grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- In skillet brown chicken in oil. Set aside. Add soup, water, basil, and vegetables. Heat to a boil.
- Add uncooked pasta. Cook over medium heat 10 min. The pasta cooks in the soup.
- Add chicken and cook additional 5 minutes or until pasta is done. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Serves 4
