    The best enchiladas I have ever made. makes 5, so may be doubled.

    List of Ingredients




    4 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small container (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 small can chopped green chiles
    flour or corn tortillas
    shredded cheese
    olives
    salsa

    Recipe



    Mix the chicken, soups, sour cream and chiles together with some shredded cheese and some of the olives. Place some mixture in each flour tortillas and roll it up. Place in a 9 X 13 pan sprayed with PAM. Top with remaining soup mixture and shredded cheese and olives.
    Bake at 350 until bubbly, about 25-30 minutes.
