Broccoli Salad

1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1 1/2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup raisins
4 cups broccoli florets
1 cup toasted almonds
2 cups green apple, chopped
1/2 lb. bacon, diced and cooked
1/2 cup sliced green onion
1 cup celery
Recipe
In medium bowl combine mayo, vinegar, sugar and raisins. Refrigerate 30 minutes to allow raisins to plump. In large bowl toss together broccoli, almonds, apple, bacon, green onion and celery. Add mayo mixture and toss well. Chill one hour.
Note: To toast almonds, spread on greased baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 5-8 minutes.
