    2 sticks butter
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1/2 tbl minced garlic
    1/2 tsp salt

    4 cups heavy cream
    4 oz milk

    1 1/2 oz flour
    1/2 lb grated Parmesan cheese

    Recipe



    Melt butter and seasonings. When butter is melted add
    heavy cream & milk.
    When milk begins to boil but not yet foaming, add flour and cheese.
    Whisk together, breaking up clumps. Serve over pasta.
