    Corn Chowder

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 slices bacon, cooked
    • 1/4 cup minced onion
    • 1/2 cup grated carrot
    • 1/2 cup chopped celery
    • 1 cup boiling water
    • 2 cups diced potatoes
    • 2 cups corn
    • 2 cups milk
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 1/8 tsp. pepper


    Instructions


    1. Add to cooked bacon: onion, carrot, and celery. Saute.

    2. Place in large stock pot then add water, potatoes, and corn. Cook until tender.

    3. Add milk, salt and pepper. Heat to boiling. Serves 6
