Three cups self-rising flour, unsifted
Three tablespoons sugar
Twelve ounce can beer, can use non alcohol
Or if using regular flour:
Three Cups flour, sifted with following;
Three and a half teaspoons Baking Powder
Three tablespoons sugar
One and a half teaspoons salt
Twelve ounces beer
Recipe
Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl, and mix in the beer. Bake in a greased loaf pan at three hundred and fifty degrees for one hour.
