Six cups sliced pared tart apples
One and one quarter teaspoons ground cinnamon
One quarter teaspoon ground nutmeg
One cup sugar
Three quarter cup milk
One half cup Biscuit Mix
Two eggs
Two tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
Streusel (below)

Heat oven oven to three hundred twenty five degrees. Grease pie plate, 10 by 13 inches. Mix apples and spices and turn into plate Beat remaining ingredients except Streusel until smooth, fifteen seconds in blender on high or one minute with hand beater. Pour into plate. Sprinkle with Streusel. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, fifty five to sixty minutes.
Streusel: Mix one cup biscuit baking mix, one half cup chopped nuts, one third cup packed brown sugar and three tablespoons firm margarine or butter until crumbly.
