Crust:
One Yellow cake mix (save one cup for topping)
One half cup melted butter
One egg
Filling:
Two eggs
One small can milk
Two cups pumpkin
Three quarter cup sugar
One half Teaspoon vanilla
One half tsp salt.
One teaspoon cinnamon
One half Teaspoon ginger
One eights teaspoon cloves
Topping: 1 cup reserved cake mix
1 Teaspoon. cinnamon
One Quarter cup sugar
One cup butter
Recipe
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Crust:
Combine ingredients, mix well and press firmly into 9 x 13 inch pan.
Filling:
Beat eggs slightly adding rest of ingredients. Beat until smooth and pour over crust.
Topping:
Cut together reserved cake mix, sugar, cinnamon and butter. Sprinkle over filling and bake for 35 to 40 minutes. (I like to serve with whipped topping).
