Peanut Clusters
A while after these have set you may encounter some "bloom".It looks a litle funny, but doesn't affect the taste or quality of the chocolate.
List of Ingredients
- 24 oz.(1 and 1/2 lb.) vanilla almond bark
- 1 12 oz. pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 10 oz. pkg. salted spanish peanuts(with skins on)
Instructions
- Melt almond bark in heavy saucepan over low heat.
- Stir in chocolate chips until melted and well blended with almond bark. Remove from heat.Stir in peanuts.
- Drop by teaspoonsful onto waxed paper to set. Store in a covered container in a cool place.
