    Eggnog Pie

    This is easy to make and very good.Great for a holiday brunch or dinner.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 graham cracker crust
    • 2 pkgs. vanilla(instant)pudding mix
    • 2 cups cold eggnog
    • 1 8oz.carton whipped topping
    • 1/2 tsp. rum extract
    • nutmeg to taste


    Instructions


    1. In a large mixing bowl,mix eggnog and pudding mixes until well mixed at low speed.Add rum extract, nutmeg and whipped topping,and mix at high speed for 2-3 minutes, or until fluffy.
    2. Pour into crust. Chill several hours before serving.Eight servings.
