    Mincemeat Drop Cookies

    If you like mincemeat, you'll love these cookies.Even people that don't care for mincemeat pie like them.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 and 1/2 cup prepared mincemeat
    • 3/4 cup evaporated milk
    • 3 cups biscuit mix
    • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
    • 1/2 tsp. salt


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Heat mincemeat and milk to a boil in a 3 qt. saucepan, stirring frequently.Reduce heat; simmer and stir until slightly thickened.
    2. Cool; stir in remaining ingredients. Drop rounded teaspoonsful on ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart.Bake 10 minutes or until slightly brown. Makes 4 dozen.
