    1 lb hickery chips
    clean cloth bag

    Recipe



    Place chips in clean, tie. In large pan place bag with enough water to cover
    Boil 45 minutes. Remove bag with chips, discard.
    Reduce liquid to 1/3. Cool and bottle, if bitter add honey to sweeten.
